Increase Retention by Listening to Your Clients! client feedback

If you want to have a higher client retention rate, you have to listen to your clients and fix any problems that they are concerned about. Here are some tips for getting client feedback.

Use Quick Surveys

Short surveys are a great way to get feedback from clients. They can be sent via email, or you can let buyers and website visitors take them. It is important that you make it quick and easy. Only ask questions that are actually important to you, make sure it is mobile friendly, and make sure clients can finish it in a few minutes.

Ask For Feedback

Besides short multiple-answer surveys, you can simply send an email asking clients for feedback in their own words. Ask them why they became your clients, what they liked about you, what they did not like, and how you can improve. Not everyone will reply, but those that do will usually send honest feedback.

Make Sure to Reply

One of the biggest reasons clients do not give feedback is because they feel that nobody is listening. Promise a quick reply, and follow up as soon as possible. Knowing that someone is listening to their concerns will also make them a happier customer.

Listen On Social Media

Social media is another great way to get client feedback. Besides for social media polls, just look at what people are commenting on your Facebook posts and tweeting at you. Remember, though, that not everyone in your target audience may be avid social media users, so do not rely on it exclusively.
